Rob graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1993 with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, certified by NYS in 1996. He is a tax accountant specializing in construction and manufacturing. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Rob is a member of the Knights of Columbus and Highland Golf Course. He has served on various boards including the Chamber of Commerce, Salvation Army, and AIDA.
